Merge sub block and sub-sub-block without table in docx

Hi i try to merge a multidimensional table with a docx table.
First i wan't to know if it's possible to merge sub-block without using table?
If yes i try your example but my sub-block are not merge.
If you want sample of my array and my template ask me i'll send you it.
