create numbered list like table

I'm wondering if i can use tbs to create a dynamic numbered list. What I'm doing is pulling the last 5 records from my DB from a php file then when loading html template i want to create a number list with the last 5 records. I am familiar with merging blocks and using block=tr to create tables, but i cant find any information on creating html lists. Thanks

Can't you just use block=li?

Ya i just figured out why that wasn't working, copy paste error lol, I accidentaly place loadtemplate before and after mergeblock. Thanks.
