[news] Merge OpenOffice Documents with tbsOOo

Hello there,

tbsOOo is a fresh new tool which powerup TBS and makes it able to merge OpenOffice documents (SXW, SXC, ...). It can also use the OpenOffice conversion feature if OOo is installed on the server.

tbsOOo is developed by Olivier, and is available at the download page.
