Simple Use : Please Help ; Header, PageTitle, ContentTitle, Content, Footer

Could someone point me int he right direction to use TBS to simply set and format the folowing for each page :

Header, PageTitle, ContentTitle, Content, Footer.

In the meantime i'll keep trying..

Look into Examples on this site and pick Sub-templates on the left. There you can get all the source code examples you need, I think.
