Strict Standards: Only variable references should be returned by reference in D:\php\localhost\dev\tbs_class.php on line 1094 and line 1083.

The problem is the definition of the method:
function &meth_Locator_FindBlockNext(...

and should be:
function meth_Locator_FindBlockNext(...

using tbs_class_php5.php

The same can happen with other methods
