version 1.80 ready soon

I've almost finshed the next version wich is 1.80.
I gonna have to update de manual too.

Here what's next :
- sub-blocks
- custom database type
- get output buffer with script execution
- extend block definition to several tags
- enhanced formats

There will not be new database types supported because this was frighting some users even if it does takes much code at all. One database is about 3 lines of code more.
Instead of new databases, there will be the possibility to write custom function for merging data. Those functions is the link to plug the MergeBlock() method to any database type.
