sqlsrv database plugin...

i needed to use sqlserver with TBS so wrote a quick database plugin to allow TBS to talk to it (well SQLSERVER 2008 R2 at least) via the Microsft non-pdo driver. It seems to work but I would really appreciate it if you could look it over to make sure i'm not doing something really stupid behind the scenes, as a lot of it was kinda guesswork
