The End of Central Rirectory Record is not found.

TinyButStrong Error OpenTBS Plugin: The End of Central Rirectory Record is not found. The process is ending, unless you set NoErr property to true.

This error plagues my life at the moment. It's not very clear - is anyone able to tell me at least what kind of error I should be looking for with this? Is it a 'missing file' sort of deal? I can't find anything about it on Google, yet I hit it constantly.

It means that the file loaded with LoadTemplate() is a not a zip archive as any Ms Office document should be.
