Provide Users the Replacement Tags in Word

I would like the ability to provide end-users the ability to see all available tag replacement options in MS Word. I started out by looking into Mail Merge with a custom database, but it wraps all items with <<>> instead of []. Is there a good way of providing these values in word? Thanks!

Simply change the color of the first bracket '['. This is enough to break the TBS tag and prevent it to be merged.

Hi Skrol29 - I'm not sure I fully understand. My goal is for the TBS tags to be merged automatically, like Mail Merge default behavior. I would like user to see a list of the tags in Word, and be able to use them. Thanks.

For tags to be merged : let them as normal
For tags to not be merged : change the color of the first bracket

If you want a list of tags to be merged =>  let them as normal
If you want a list of tags to not be merged =>  change the color of the first bracket
