Need help with installing and setting up cache plugin

I need help with installing the cache plugin.
I own a website that is driven by TBS and the programmer who wrote it is not available at the moment.
I am looking for a guy that will help me install it on my test domain and describe me the steps so I can reproduce it on my production website later.
The website is for funny pictures.
