does lowercase/uppercase matter

hi - i am new to tiny but love it so far - does it matter if the template tags are lower case - i would like to make them all uppercase to make my templates easier to read (or at least easier to spot the tbs parts in them) - so i would love to make block as BLOCK

Yes it does. TBS parameters are case sensitive.
'BLOCK' won't work.
But you can use lower case for the block's name.
Example : [MYBLOCK.field;block=tr]

that is one suggestion for tbs - allow all keywords to be upper case since it makes reading the templates SO much easier - i am modifying my copy to do just that
