TBS Joomla installation + XML missing

Hi, Although this topic has been raised before, it took me a while to find a link to a file called joomla_plugin_tbs_beta_2008-06-11.zip 
on http://groups.google.fr/group/tbs-next/files.  Indeed, this package does contain the required XML file and thus is correctly installed, whereas the files available in the download section of this site (tbs_us.zip series) don't. Is there a reason for this and what about the more recent updates?

The stable Joomla plugin released is available at the plugin page:

The file tbs_us.zip you're talking about is the TinyButStrong package for the Template Engine alone .

You're right, I've deleted the beta entries.

In july 2009, all plugins that were not under the GPL license has been hidden from this site. The TBS plugin was under LGPL. I've fixed that and republish it in august but it is steel not approved. I will ask why it is so long to wait...
