TBS not working in windows server

TBS is working in my linux server well, but it does working in my windows server.
im already unzipping the tbsooo.zip in my C:\AppServ\www\tbsooo
When i try the examples of TBS doc, in my windows server. Such as :
tbsooo_us_examples_hello.sxw its works but when i execute the tbsooo_us_examples_hello.php
it loading php document not an open office document.
