Is there any way to merge php and html (template file)

Hi,
I would like to merge source php and template file to other php file to debug it since I have some error and slow in my script - but I cant check -.
So, anyone can give me a script can do this job?

For the TBS debugging, I usually put some PHP lines in comment and I deactivate some TBS files by renaming them.
But I know know ready to use solution.

I want to see how the new php generating...
