I need a php programmer to customize phpMotion or similar program

I am a web site designer and I have a web site proposal I am doing that includes a link to a video upload and sharing site.  The needs of the site are simple and straightforward as it will be used by a corporation's employees to upload videos for a competition that occurs at a sales meeting in 2009.  The basic specifications for the site are the ability for all who register and log-in to be able to view any of the videos uploaded (all are in the same category since they're part of a competition).  They can also upload their own video.  I do not need any kind of ratings, feedback, etc. and no ads or other links.  Just a clean simple video upload and sharing site.  The video site must be created and debugged over a 4 week period beginning in mid-May with complete and publishing by mid-June 2008.  I have a more detailed specifcations document I can provide.  Please contact me if you are interested, qualified and available./Bob Cox
