include file in result via tbs

Is it possible to include an extern file into your result-file via tbs?

Something like "Insert -> File..", but than automatically with tbs?

You can insert external file with an URL without tbs with Open Office.

With tbsooo it's not possible at this time to include a file.
It will be possible to insert picture next.
