this new flat forum

Hello,

This forum becomes flat now. Even if it still has some popup, there is no frame anymore. The first goal is to be indexed in Google, and also because I agree with the no-frame theory now. It may be a bit slower than before, but I'll make some enhancements soon.

I think it would be better if the message creation window would be resizable. This text box is quite narrow.
