wanted: PostgreSQL small tests for TBS 3.1.0-beta

Hello,

TBS 3.1.0 is about to be relased, but before, I it needs few tests for a bug about PostgreSQL native support and which is supposed to be fixed.
TBS 3.1.0 has few but nice new features described at the end of this message.

I cannot do the tests myslef because I dont' have PostgreSQL, and can not install it easilly.
If you have it, could you make the following simple tests ?
- display about 100 records with PHP 4.x < 4.1.0
- display about 100 records with PHP 4.x >= 4.1.0
- display about 100 records with PHP 5.x (use tbs_class_php5.php)

* Change-log:
New features:
- "block=_" define a block on the line containg the tag (a line always ends with a new line char)
- "block=x/" defines a block on the single tag x (like for <img> for exmple).
- add interternal information accessible to plug-ins.
Bug fixes:
- error when reading PostgreSQL data with certain PHP versions.
- parameter "block=x+y" may define a bad zone when y tags may embeds other y tags.
