Benchmark ?

Have TS an benchmarking ?
is it faster than Smarty  or FastTamplate ?

TBS has been benchmarked but only vs itselfs :)
Thas was to compare versions and some database support.

I very would like to bench TBS vs Smarty and FastTemplate.
I bet TBS is faster !
But we need someone who knows those templates in order to build a test. If you know one, let me know.

Well I would be very happy if we could make such a bech.

That's true TBS is very different. First you don't code loops in the template as usual Template.

I propose to make several bench :
- load the class and display a template without process
- a conditional display
- a simple but long merge with a MySQL query

I can prepare some code and templates for TBS if you want.
If Smarty or FastTemplate has special feature that can be reproduced with TBS, we can also bench them.
