TBS FORUM - Features, Admin Section, etc

I'm looking at using the TBS Forum, but have a few questions.

1.  In the download section it doesn't appear that the latest version 1.37 is available for download.  Can I download the latest version?

2.  With TBSForum is there an admin section?

3.  With TBSForum is there an area for a profile?

4.  Can post or threads be edited?

tbsForum 1.37 is now available for download.

2. -> no, you have to edit forum options in the MySql table.
3. -> no,
4. -> no, I do it via PhpMyAdmin

Sorry, tbsForum is a very simplified forum.

That's fine.  That's what I'm looking for.  The others can be added if I want them.  I'll give it a shot.
